Event Roles
Work within our delivery team to support the smooth running of our youth focused events.
Casual Event Staff
This role is ideal for someone looking for experience in the event or production industry as well as anyone interested in the voluntary sector. The events that the not-for-profit runs currently consists of markets for small businesses and performance opportunities for local artists. The role does not require prior experience but a motivated, excited and a patient attitude is desirable.
Event staff will report back to and be advised by the Executive Director and event team.
Schedule: Weekends
Hours: Between 08:00am and 18:00pm, average at 8h per shift
Pay: £11 p/h
Location: Essex (Rochford, Brentwood, Southend)
Tasks may include:
Loading and unloading vehicles
Setting up and taking down event
Supporting the event team with lighting and sound tasks
Setting up market stalls
Supporting with marketing and promotion
Due to the nature of this role, we will be required to run an enhanced DBS check.
