For a 8ft pitch is £25 on the Ground Floor and £20 on the First Floor. (When we are only on the First Floor the higher charge applies.)

Ground Floor pitches with table hire is £30 and First Floor pitches with table hire is £25.

Depending on the month, we have up to 35 stalls.

To book your space, simply book through Eventaly. All traders that have been accepted will recieve a confirmation from Eventaly.

Bookings and payment are taken through Eventaly on a first come first serve basis.

We are open to all performances, being music, theatre, poetry, comedy, dance or spoken word.

Go down the slope underneath the shopping centre, where the sports bar is on the corner. Underneath where Slug and Lettuce is. As you come into the loading bay, you will see a barrier. Please buzz the barrier and speak to a member of the security team, who will take a note of your number plate. Please enter through the barrier 1 car at a time. No tail gating please.

Further information dependant on location will be sent via email 3 days before the event.

Please note the loading bay is for unloading/loading only. Once you have finished, please move your car to a nearby car park.

Please note you cannot park in the loading bay and will be liable for a parking fine from Southend City Council should you do so.

Tables and chairs are usually not supplied. However, new for 2025 we are offering table hire. Make sure to select table hire when booking via Eventaly.
