Your booking should include all the time you need to set up before your event and clear the venue afterwards. Please allow enough time when choosing your booking hours.

Yes, within reason. Decorations must not damage the building or create a safety risk, and everything must be removed at the end of your booking.
White tack only. Use of pins and cello tape onsite is not permitted.

Bouncy castles and other inflatables may be permitted for selected bookings, subject to prior approval.
Before booking, please provide the dimensions of the inflatable and details of the supplier. Any equipment must be suitable for the available space and ceiling height and meet the venue’s safety and insurance requirements.
Please do not arrange delivery of an inflatable until its use has been agreed with us.
